You enter our spacious villa and into LOUNGE 1 with comfortable sofas and Hi-fi for your use this leads on to the open plan DINING ROOM for more formal meals if you require then through the arch to our FAMILY ROOM with three more sofas large cable TV and VCR - you can make use of our free videos, games and books.
Adjacent is the large KITCHEN area fully equipped with everything you could want. At the end of the kitchen and overlooking the pool area is a BREAKFAST NOOK with table and chairs. A separate pantry leads off from the kitchen and a UTILITY ROOM has laundry facilities including washer, tumble dryer, iron etc. this room has access to the DOUBLE GARAGE.

FOUR BEDROOMS - Luxurious MASTER with 5 ft Queen bed, lamps, clock radio and huge walk-in wardrobes. DREAM EN-SUITE with corner bath, walk-in shower, double marble wash basins and door to separate toilet with further marble washbasin.

BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, its own walk-in wardrobe and EN-SUITE

The POOL which is south facing is accessed from the family room and kitchen nook. As a safety feature the pool patio doors are alarmed so adults will be alerted if younger children attempt to use the pool area without them.

There are sun loungers and a covered lanai area housing the patio suite and giving some well needed shade. The pool is fuly screened and can be lit at night. It is also surrounded by a 6 ft fence affording complete privacy
